We make every effort to make sure your order is exactly correct, In the event a wrong item was shipped. The items must be sent back for an exchange for the correct item.  Any shipping charges will be reimbursed by YuGiOh-Cards.Net for returns that are due to mistaken items. Please contact us with in 48 hours if there is a mistake in your order

REFUSED or CANCELED ORDERS
Any Shipments or Items that are Refused or Sent Back, Can be subject up to a 10% re-stocking fee for price of the Items, Shipping will not be credited.

Any Orders that are Canceled before shipment has taken place can be subject to a credit less 10% of the entire order total including shipping. 

Orders can be changed before shipment has taken place. We can switch or change your order in any way before shipment has taken place at no charge. The only way we would charge more money is if the items you are requested is higher priced.  

The customer is responsible for any shipping charges required to get a product back to YuGiOh-Cards.Net, unless Mistakes were made from us (we will them Credit any of your shipping charges back). We are not responsible for any products that do not arrive back to us, It is the customers responsibility to make sure the product arrives safely (insurance & tracking numbers, etc...).
